Sweet Strawberry Smiles: It's December.. Really?

I honestly cannot believe that it is December already. Not only is it December, its December 16th! We have been preparing all month for that very special day that all the kiddos love, Christmas! And it's almost here!

I have been going back and forth with myself for months now on whether or not I should move back to the city and try and find a job. I didn't want to make a huge change in Layla's life again when we were finally figuring things out but at the same time I had to be able to find a job worth having. A job was my number one reason for not wanting to move back home in the first place.. although its a wonderful place to live filled with people we love theres just not enough work to go around. So for now we are in Columbus, the job search is on.. we are seeing how things go and going from there. I love my smiling girl. I am so happy to see her happy! The hard part about it is when I'm working full time I see much less of her. So on the days we can we craft, we visit, we laugh, we have popcorn and watch movies, we color, and just try and entertain one another! We have been successful so far!

Only a few days left til Christmas and we get to visit our Sookie Dog and our family! We are more than excited! I know this Christmas will definitely be better than last years by far! It's amazing what a difference an entire year makes. I just hope things keep looking up for us.
